Chairman’s Note: Shhh… Did you hear that? I didn’t think so. In Congresswoman Noem’s entire time on the Agriculture committee, she has not asked a single question or made a single statement on policy. That’s less than any other freshman member on the committee and less than the last three freshmen members on the committee from South Dakota. The fact is, either Noem didn’t attend the meetings at all, or she attended some meetings and didn’t speak up. South Dakota farmers lose in either case.
