Chairman’s Note: After an 18 month investigation, the Center for Public Integrity ranked South Dakota 2nd in the nation for risk of government corruption. It should be no wonder. Ruling class Republicans have clung to power for so long they don’t even realize what they are doing is irresponsible, unethical, or plain wrong. South Dakota deserves a better legislature to promote accountability and transparency in government. That starts by returning two-party government to Pierre in 2012.
