Chair’s Note: In a somewhat surprising editorial, the Rapid City Journal joined us in our belief that the “school sentinel” bill is not needed. The RCJ, while often pretty conservative, states that the “Bill to allow school staff to carry guns is being rushed through and is not needed.” We’ve been talking about this issue every chance we get and we’re glad that other organizations are giving a voice to this radical legislation.
