In June 1972, soon to be Democratic Presidential nominee George McGovern graced the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. This poster of the cover is a rare collectible of American presidential politics.
George McGovern is pictured on this 23 x 29 inch poster that pictures the artwork from Rolling Stone magazine. Super artwork with McGovern flashing the peace sign, printed by Straight Arrow Publishing in 1972. Slight crease across the center where the poster once was folded. Former auctions garnered over $100 on this item.
