Artist Tim Rickett of Sioux Falls created this blown glass vessel inspired by a Prickly Pear Cactus.
Tim Rickett is a collector and creator of the unusual. Spending most of his life in Western Nebraska, he is influenced by railway life, toys, and miniatures. Rickett creates quirky, macabre sculptures and collages shaped by fantasy and industrial aesthetics. He graduated from Hastings College in 2016 with a BA in Studio Art with a focus in Sculpture and completed his MFA at East Carolina University in 2019.
