Learn about the legislative process at the State Capitol and debate with real State Senators and Representatives at YELL (Young Elected Legislative Leaders) on April 20, 2024.
Gain legislative experience, hear from elected officials, and debate bills on the floor. All high schoolers are encouraged to come! If you want to attend, please complete this form no later than April 10, 2024. The bill-writing portion of YELL will take place via Zoom on April 16, 2024 from 7-9pm CT. Then, join us at the State Capitol in Pierre on April 20 from 10am to 5pm. Lunch will be provided.
