Chairman’s Note: The SDDP lost a good friend last year. Curt Hohn was a passionate champion for many issues in South Dakota especially as a leader in state and federal water policy. He was also the democratic nominee for Congress in 2000. I had the pleasure of working with him on his primary campaign.
