The South Dakota Democratic Party (SDDP) is releasing a draft version of its Delegate Selection Plan for the 2024 Democratic National Convention.
We encourage all interested Democrats to review the plan and provide comments during the 30-day public comment period. The public comment period will run through May 25, 2023. SDDP staff will review comments and propose any suggested changes based on public feedback to the SDDP State Central Committee on June 3, 2023. At that time, the State Central Committee will adopt the plan.
